What we collect
- Name, email address, country, and optional phone number provided at checkout

What we do not collect
We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or online banking credentials. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal and our other payment providers.

- To deliver your order and provide customer support
- To prevent fraud and chargebacks
- To meet tax and accounting obligations
- To improve our site (aggregated analytics only)
Who we share it with
Payment providers (PayPal), email delivery services, analytics providers, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax law in Hong Kong. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@mysubnow.com. EU and UK visitors have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
